RE Paperwork and Forms
Whether checking out a program for the first time; having decided to involve your child in a class or program; or volunteering your assistance, we need you to complete some paperwork. This supports program logistics and communication, and also helps ensure a safe and secure environment. Below are links to PDF versions of current RE forms and accompanying information documents. Paper copies are also available at the Parent Information Station downstairs at AUUF.
