Summer 2010 Events
for Visitors, Newcomers, and Members
Our church year is roughly divided into three parts: Fall (September December), Spring (January May), and Summer (June - August). For Newcomers, New Members, and curious Visitors, we have a Newcomer Lunch, a Volunteer Fair, a series of Pathways to Community evening sessions, and a New Member Welcome Ceremony in Fall and again in Spring. We also have Circle Dinners, Game Nights, Annual Dinner, and other get-togethers.
Summer is different. Many of our members take vacations; explore the wondrous outdoors on foot, bicycles, kayaks, and airplanes; and live differently in the long summer days. AUUF does have some interesting events for Newcomers and Regulars. These are listed below, but call the Fellowship office, 248-3737, for more information.
ALL SUMMER
Sunday Services: The 9 am Forum Service and the 11 am Worship Service will continue all summer. The 1:30 pm Contemporary Service will go on hiatus until Fall.
